Today is Miami Bike Day in Coconut Grove!

bike3
Like last year (shown here), the Grove will be going green, while going orange at the same time. The green is the action of going fuel-less (no cars, trucks motor vehicles), the orange is the signature color of the Netherlands, who are part sponsor of today's event, in honor of Queen Beatrix.

Join in the fun, park the car, grab your bike, skateboard or running shoes and hit the shady tree-lined streets of Coconut Grove.

There are lots of activities, the fun starts in Peacock Park. Park your car at any of the parking lots or garages surround the Center Grove, there are thousands of parking spots available.

Prizes include trips to Aruba and Curacao and a beautiful Gazelle bicycle. More than 1000 bright orange t-shirts will be given out free, courtesy of the Dutch Consulate.
