Tonight, April 16, The Kampong (4013 S. Douglas Road) is hosting a new event, in partnership with New World School of the Arts Last fall, students from NWSA visited the garden – many for the first time. Inspired by The Kampong, the students created unique works of art – photographs, drawings, paintings and ceramics. These art pieces will be displayed for the first time as part of this exhibition.Tonight from 6 to 8:30 pm, the art will be on display. Then tomorrow, The Kampong will be open between 10 am and 2 pm for the public to enjoy this art exhibition. The admission fee will be waived for the exhibit.
