The post office has been very generous when it comes to the Great Grove Bed Race. They have donated their parking lot for the Sleep Village (all sorts of bed and sleep related booths will be set up the day of the Bed Race; September 6) and now they want to donate mailing costs of promotions.
They would like the committee to use snail mail, rather than email to promote the events. Since they are willing to pay for the cost of mailings, that method will be considered, but of course all electronic social media is the bulk of the promotion.
