Anthony Noboa is still in the Grove serving his loyal customers at Biscayne Bank in the Grove at 3121 Commodore Plaza. (they have a branch in Doral and are talking expansion). Should Coconut Grove Bank be concerned now? I don't think they expected for him to land a job so quickly and in the Grove, too.
