Cabana One is holding the Maverick Poker Charity Tournament on Friday, June 26, 2009.The beneficiary is the Coconut Grove Elementary School.
It will be an eight table Texas Hold 'Em tournament from 7 to 11:30 pm. Participants will purchase an initial buy-in of chips for $50.00, with the opportunity to re-buy twice. Prizes may include American Express gift cards, vacation packages, hotel and spa packages and other sponsored items.
There will also be a silent auction, wishing tree, door and raffle prizes. There will be a live band playing jazz and blues throughout evening. Even if you don't play poker, this will be a fun event.
