If you stop by the Peacock Studio, you just may see a local artist working on their bird! The Peacock Studio is right across from the fountain at the Mayfair Promenade at Florida and Rice Streets. Here is artist Lebo's already painted peacock, keeping an eye on artist Eileen Seitz, as she works on her creation.
Eileen is one of the many artists chosen to paint a naked peacock, which is part of the Coconut Grove Peacock tour. Today local artist Dan Bondroff arrived late in the afternoon to prep his bird for it's makeover.
Debora Cortese, Richard DelPonte, Marilyn Cuputo and Patty Kelley checked out the progress of Fred Hunt's peacock during last Saturday's Art Stroll.
