All-Grove Crime Watch meets tonight

The All-Grove Crime Watch it meeting tonight,Wednesday, August 12, at 7 pm at St. Stephen's Church (2750 McFarlane Road) in the Great Room.


Several homes in the Grove -- North, South, Center and West -- have been burglarized over the past 2-3 weeks.

Please install and activate your house alarms, lock all doors -- even if you are away for a short period of time.

Please report suspicious persons and/or vehicles first to the Miami Police non-emergency number 305-579-6111 and request a marked police unit to the scene and then report to it to Neighborhood Resource Officer Carrillo (cell: 305-389-7996) and Neighborhood Resouce Officer Guell: (cell: 305-303-9163).

Several cars in various areas of the Grove have been broken into, ransacked and/or vandalized. Please take all items out of you car including and especially GPS devices, electronics, laptops, cameras and cell phones, and install car alarms and lock your car.
