Why do meetings overlap? What is the point of this?

Not many people at today's Merchants Meeting, unfortunately, the BID saw fit to have a meeting at the same exact time. This is part of what is wrong with the Grove. Everybody does their own thing with no regard to others. Many folks at the BID meeting would normally have been at the Merchants Meeting. Poor planning.

Hope the BID will be more considerate in the future, knowing that the Merchants Meet the first Thursday each month.

It actually became a great Merchants Meeting since most people there were my friends, so we had a good old time and we actually finished on time this month, which allowed the Police Liaison meeting to start on time for once.
