The winners of Alhambra Orchestra's 5th Annual Concert Competition for middle and high school students will be performing on Sunday, March 29 at Ransom Everglades (3575 Main Highway) at 2 pm.First prize winner Gabrielle Chou, age 13, (shown here) will be performing Mendelssohn's Violen Concerto, her winning entry.
Marcel Angles, 18, a Gulliver Senior, a pianist was also a top winner and will be performing.
Admission is free but donations are accepted which support the orchestra. Free parking is available at the school. For info, please call 305-668-9260.
