The St. Stephen's yard sale is today in the courtyard. It ends about 3 pm today.
There are quite a few good finds there and they have mattresses, which might come in handy for the bed race. Only we aren't sure of the mattress size yet, so I'm not sure if you should get one today.
If you enter from the Main Highway side, through the GroveHouse, you can get to the sale, around the fountain, very easily.
