Free spooky Halloween concert

Coconut Grove's own Alhambra Orchestra and the Greater Miami Youth Symphony are presenting a Halloween treat, "A Spooky Symphony." The program is conducted by Huifang Chen and Zoe Zeniodi, with piano soloist Asiya Korepanova, and presented by The Children's Trust.
"A Spooky Symphony", featuring the most beautiful scary music you've ever heard by The Greater Miami Youth Symphony and the Alhambra Orchestra, is a free Halloween family concert with thrilling excerpts from Star Wars, Phantom of the Opera, Night on Bald Mountain, Symphonie Fantastique, Totentanz, and more.  Additional concert highlights include a multimedia presentation. Kids are encouraged to dress in their best Halloween costumes to enhance the supernatural experience.

The concert is Sunday, October 27 at 4 pm at the historic Olympia Theater at The Gusman Center for the Performing Arts (174 East Flagler Street, Miami).

Admission and open seating are free. No tickets are required, but large groups should call in advance. Parking is $5 in College Station Garage, 190 NE 3d St. (corner of NE 2nd Ave).
