This is my friend Les Roberts, Jr. He does a lot of pop art, mostly cartoon characters, you can see him with his Spider-man painting here. I have him doing some commissions for me -- a bunch of cartoon characters from my youth, you know, Huckleberry Hound, Yogi Bear, Quickdraw McGraw and so on, the gallery is licensed to reproduce the characters.
