Pick your trainer at RED Gym

How many muscle men does it take to hang up a poster? Apparently two. Marc Ramo and Andy Clark (above) were nice enough to hang up the Mad Hatter Festival poser we were passing out around town the other day.

The guys are personal trainers at the RED Gym at 3206 Grand Avenue. At left is Patrick Vital, owner of RED, with Marc.

The guys do personal training, Marc specializes in ladies' training and has many Grove business owners as clients. Andy trains men and women and also runs the SET (Seal Evolution Training) program and is currently training for next year's Miami Ironman competiton.

Patrick is one of the best trainers in the area and is now running Mercy Hospital's Wellness program.
