The Great Grove Picnic is back Sunday, November 15, in Peacock Park.
From 3 to 6 pm, come out and enjoy the park and your neighbors. There is nothing for sale, so bring a picnic basket and blanket and plan for a leisurely affair. Grove musicians usually show up, so there will be some music.
Catch the spirit of the old days, when Peacock Park was the place to be on Sunday afternoons.
The event is sponsored by The Friends of Peacock park, a local group working to rejuvenate the Grove's central gathering place.
