The Miami Science Museum (3280 S. Miami Avenue) is presenting Fabulous First Fridays starting this September. It is free family programming on the First Friday of each month.
On Friday, September 4, "Why Floridians Do and Don't Worry about Climate Change," a presentation by Dr. Kennety Broad, Assoc. Professor at UM's Rosenstiel School.
Admission to the lecture is free. It starts at 8 pm.
Each Fabulous First Friday begins with a 7:30 pm free star show in the Planetarium followed by free telescopic observing in the Weintraub Observatory from 8:30 to 10:00 pm
Admission to the Laser shows are $4.00 for children, $7.00 for adults.
