Returning to the scene of the crime

We were sitting, eating lunch at Berries, and in walked Yvonne here, with a big blue Tiffany's box.

Hmm, was it a gift for us? No, it was her engraved wedding champagne glasses.

She called off the wedding and was stuck with the glasses, so she brought them to her favorite place -- Berries in the Grove.

They now hang above the bar and whenever she is in residence at Berries, she is served in style from her own crystal engraved Tiffany glasses.

This is Robert, owner of Berries, with Yvonne, enjoying the first champagne toast using the crystal glasses.

Oh and the ironic part: Yvonne met her ex-fiance at Berries, so every time she takes a sip from the glasses, she'll also have him on her mind. Bittersweet.
