Natalie Salas, from the Homestead-Miami Speedway and Naomi Evans, from CocoWalk, show off the Conehead hats that will be worn by the JCI's at the Great Grove Bed Race (September 6).The JCI's will be the pit crew, coordinating the races and keeping things on time. There are 42 bed signed up, the timing is very tight, there is about six minutes for each race planned and in between is the judging contests (the look, feel theme of the beds) and other events.
It will be a long, busy day.
