Is the Metrorail station becoming a homeless hangout?

Channel 10 had a story about the Metrorail station at 27th Avenue and US1. Residents are blaming the Metrorail stop for bringing criminals into the area.

They feel that the station is now a haven for criminals and drug dealings. Drug users hang out and deal on the spot. There is graffiti all over, too. It's not so much that Metrorail is literally bringing people in on the train, it's just that the station has become a hangout for what neighbors feel are troublemakers. Story here.
