Why is all this land on Grand Avenue from Margaret to Douglas for sale?
What happened the big Grand Avenue Development? Is it a bust?
What happened to the people that were displaced?
Why not put in a Publix on the site since it's already been zoned for this sort of development? Even better a Sweet Bay or Trader Joe's!
