Republica, the PR firm, is now handling the BID's public relations on a trial basis for five months.
They are being paid a nominal fee, which they are actually donating to Grove charities, including St. Alban's. Not sure why they feel the need to do that since they are working for their fee, but that is a great gesture.
Carina and Rosa will be handling the BID's press releases and such. They spoke briefly at the last Merchants Meeting.
A side note: Republica's owner, Jorge Plasencia is spokesman for Father Alberto CutiƩ. So that's an interesting thing.
