Enjoy a night of comedy and fun at The Improv Comedy Club (3390 Mary Street), benefiting Empowered Youth (EY), an exceptional grassroots non-profit that offers mentoring, support and most importantly, love to inner-city youth who are up against unimaginable odds. It helps them transform not only their lives but also their communities, ultimately "breaking the cycle" of poverty, neglect and crime.Empowered Youth gets 100% of its funding through personal charitable donations. Stop by on Wednesday, August 10 for an evening of laughs, drinks and friends all while benefiting a great cause. The evening starts at 8 pm.
