We have the Great Taste of the Grove, which is April 16 and 17 this year (here's last year's event), but Coconut Grove is now lucky enough to have a second food festival in as many months. The Coconut Grove Food, Wine & Music Festival is coming on May 7.This spring festival will transform the Grove into a food and wine lover's paradise with specialty foods, culinary events, sophisticated parties with live music throughout.
The festival will be held on the St. Stephen's Episcopal Church grounds from 4 to 9:30 pm, right in the heart of Coconut Grove. International wines and spirits will be featured along with samplings form Miami's most talented chefs.
The Florida Marlins Community Foundation will be hosting the food fest, which will benefit the Epilepsy Foundation of Florida, which services over 360,000 Floridians who suffer from the condition.
