Last night's Mad Men Monday was extra special because we celebrated Michelle Niemeyer's birthday, too.Lots of friends showed up to enjoy the 1960s vibe of Mad Men, while celebrating Michelle. We had a delicious red velvet birthday cake, dinner, gifts and drinks.
At one point, the whole bar broke out in tune and sang "You've Lost That Lovin' Feeling" to Michelle, acapella -- it was right out of a movie, the whole place joined in, led by Willie Vega.
I don't know how that fit in with the birthday, but it was from the Mad Men era, so it worked.
