We ran into Officer Joe Guell the other day, who is actually Sergeant Joe Guell these days, Joe was promoted last Wednesday after spending two years as a Grove Neighborhood Resource Officer. He's been on the force for 18 years and is still part of the Grove team as Sergeant. He's here with Daisy Lewis, exchanging phone numbers. That's one thing about our Grove police -- they are always accessible.
