Ran into Officers Edward Lugo (left) and Sgt. Javier Ortiz the other day on their bicycles, patrolling the Grove.You may have noticed more of a police presence on bike, horseback and car.
Also, the BID has hired a slew of new security guards who you may have seen around town, usually in pairs, very friendly, always with a smile and saying, "Hello" to everyone.
