Buddhaverse event at George's in the Grove

Georges Farge (with the Buddha on his head) from George's in the Grove (3144 Commodore Plaza) is presenting Buddhaverse -- a Vernissage for Tibetan artist Karma Phuntsok on Monday, May 18.

This acrobatic show will feature a celebration of flying performers, fire dancers, winged dancers and singing bowls! All accompanied by musicians on didgeridoo and drums. They will have the performers out front. They will use four of the parking spots on the street.

The event is being held to benefit the Tibetan Children's Village, providing an integrated educational community for destitute Tibetan children in exile. 25% of the evening's proceeds will be donated.
