One of our favorite artists at Monday's Art Basel Night, was Aisha Blakey, a top Art Basel award winner. Her whimsical work is on display at the Max in the Grove Gallery (2996 McFarlane Road).
The little set of birds are really cute. They're like 3-D cartoons. Aisha's work will be at the Max Gallery throughout the month and there is a lot of fresh contemporary art by new young artists also on display at the gallery.
