We had our Bed Race meeting yesterday and are moving closer to the big day on Sunday, September 6, Labor Day Weekend. As soon as all insurance and the details are ironed out, we will announce that applications and rules are available and you can sign up and start building beds.
The waiter's race is now going to be Sunday, too, and the night before will be the Pajama Pub Crawl. Nine local bars will be involved in that. The people in the crawl will be required to wear PJ's and they will have about 30 to 45 minutes in each bar.
The ticket prices will be determined, but most likely they will be $10.00 for nine drinks! Not bad. All money raised will go to a charity to be named soon.
