This banner popped up on South Bayshore Drive, a few days ago. It's near 17th Avenue, not to far from Mayor Manny Diaz's house.
It says, "Manny Do Your Job, Enforce City Mooring Codes! Protect This Neighborhood!"
I tried to speak with the owner of the property, but they could not be reached and after asking around all weekend, no one seems to know what it means.
