The next Bacchus Dinner Club event is at Atchana's East/West Kitchen, in the Mutiny Hotel for an authentic Thai Dinner party on Saturday, May 12 from 6:30 to 9:30 pm.
A typical Isan/Thai meal will be served. Isan is the northeastern part of Thailand and it's heavy with Laso influenced cuisine. A typical meal is meant to be shared and eaten with lettuce or cabbage leaves, forgoing utensils most of the time.
The evening starts with a mixology demo on how to make Atchana's world-famous Lychee Sangria.
Then dinner begins.
On the menu: sticky rice, Thai chicken stick, Beef Jerky, Papaya Salad, Larp Moo (minced pork salad), lettuce wrap and coconut sticky rice and mango.
Cost is $35 per person and $40 the day of the event if not sold out. Space is limted and Bacchus dinners do sell out. For RSVP and notification of dinner transfers, please conact Siri at siri@bacchusdinnerclub.com.
